Causes of Premature grey hair
Becoming white hair starts at 35 years of age. But nowadays we are seeing that young people’s hair starts to whiten around 20 years. The root of our hair and skin has a special cell, named melanocyte. They make our skin and hair black. The more cells present in the skin make the skin more black. Our genes decide how much black or fair our skin will be.
These cells are very fragile. When there is any difficulty in our body, these cells get damaged and formation of color stops. For example: Tension or stress, long illness such as typhoid, malaria fever, diabetes, asthma, kidney and liver diseases, etc., due to all of these hair becomes white.
Due to genetics. If your parents have this same problem in their younger age then you will get affected .
Another reason for premature grey hair is deficiency of Vitamin B12 and B5 in our body. The hair starts to whiten even with the lack of blood in the body.
The imbalance of the hormones in our body, which is more stress-related. Thyroid and growth hormone may be more or less in the body makes grey hair, it seems to be growing in young people nowadays.
During pregnancy and menopause in women, when the hormones are low in their body, their hair starts to become white.
People have started using lot of things like coffee, liquor, cigarettes and drugs to reduce the stress. Therefore, in the premature grey hair, all these things are equally responsible.
Premature grey hair treatment
By the way, it is not easy to reverse the grey hairs to again black. We can do some treatments, which can stop hair becoming white.
First of all you keep your head clean. Those who have short hair, should wash their head regularly and those who have long hair, should wash their head for every 2 days. Use a good mild shampoo to wash your head.
The hair starts to whiten too by eating too much salt in the food. So take less salt in meals.
Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day so that the dirt stored in the body can get out. Minimize alcohol, coffee intake.
Exercise in open air everyday. Exercise increases blood flow in the body. It not only clears the dirt in the skin, but also nourishes the roots of the hair well. And do not be in tension situation. You can do meditation if you feel tensed.
Take Multivitamin tablets which contain iron, copper and magnesium for 2 to 3 months to stop formation of grey hair. You can do this once every year.
Taking Vitamin B12 and B-complexes tablets for 2 to 3 months also gives benefits in this problem. Especially those people who are vegetarians. Because Vitamin B12 is only found in fish, meat, milk, butter, ghee. This vitamin is not found in fruits and vegetables. So if you take a tablet of Vitamin B12 twice a week, then there are many people who are vegetarian, those peoples problem of hair becoming white can be stopped.
Along with all these things you can try some home remedies too.
Lighten the coconut oil and mix it with a spoonful of lemon juice and lightly massage the head. After 30 minutes wash well with lukewarm water and then shampoo. You can do this twice a week.
Warm the pure ghee lightly and massage the head daily. And wash with shampoo after 30 minutes.
